About the Role :
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team, dedicated to supporting one of our key clients.
In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in leading and optimising technical delivery across key enterprise clients, on Adobe Commerce (Magento) and Composable platforms. You will manage sprint planning, task allocation, team workflows and delivery reporting, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, to scope and with high quality.
You’ll be the key link between the client, developers, QA, Client Success Managers (CSMs), Project Managers (PMs) and the Technical Lead, maintaining transparency, safeguarding sprint integrity and keeping delivery structured and efficient.
This role requires excellent communication, strong organisational skills and the ability to balance client priorities with team capacity in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
Oversee development team workload, allocating tasks based on client priorities and capacity.
Manage sprints, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of project work and support tickets.
Collaborate with CSMs and PMs to orchestrate and prioritise client requests.
Drive proactive forward planning by mapping out work across multiple sprints, aligning with client roadmaps.
Manage deployment schedules and act as the central communication point between development, QA and client-facing teams.
Track daily time logging across developers and QA to ensure accurate reporting.
Report on team utilisation, delivery performance and forecasting to the Head of Delivery.
Uphold delivery standards, protecting sprint integrity while managing client and stakeholder expectations.
Skills & Experience :
Strong background in project planning and delivery within eCommerce platforms and Magento/Adobe Commerce.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with best-practice digital tools supporting the eCommerce ecosystem.
High attention to detail in quality assurance, time tracking and reporting.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and resolve problems quickly.
Confident, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage client demands while maintaining delivery standards.
