About the role :
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving measurable results for our clients by leading digital marketing strategies and executing high-performing campaigns across paid media channels. Reporting to the Performance Marketing Lead, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver strategic guidance, actionable insights, and marketing excellence.
With a strong foundation in data-driven decision-making, you’ll manage campaign performance, optimise return on ad spend (ROAS), and help scale client growth. Your ability to manage resources transparently, build strong relationships, and maintain a sharp focus on results will make you a key contributor to Overdose.'s ongoing success.
Responsibilities :
Develop, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across paid advertising channels (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.).
Provide strategic recommendations to drive performance and improve client outcomes.
Stay current with industry best practices and emerging tools.
Lead day-to-day communication and digital strategy presentations with clients.
Build trusted, long-term relationships with client stakeholders.
Ensure all communication is timely, proactive, and aligned with business needs.
Deliver performance reports and actionable insights on campaign effectiveness.
Build ad hoc and scheduled reports using available platforms (Google Data Studio, etc.).
Turn insights into data-driven strategies that move the needle.
Manage hours within retainer agreements and track task progress across internal tools (e.g., Wrike, Slack, Confluence).
Maintain transparency with clients around time allocation and deliverables.
Support onboarding and mentoring of junior staff as needed.
Collaborate across teams to share insights, offer support, and drive overall marketing success.
Ensure daily time tracking across all tasks.
Provide clear visibility into resource utilisation and campaign profitability.
Skills & Experience :
3–5+ years of digital marketing experience with proven success in cross-channel campaign delivery.
Deep knowledge of Google Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube campaigns (current certifications preferred).
Solid experience with Meta Advertising (Facebook and Instagram).
Working knowledge of Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snap platforms.
Strong understanding of product data feeds and feed management tools.
Proven ability to build campaigns from strategy through execution.
Strong client-facing skills with confidence in presenting, reporting, and relationship building.
Excellent time and project management abilities, with experience managing multiple clients.
High attention to detail and process during campaign delivery and internal review.
Analytical mindset with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
Comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
