About the Role :
As our People & Culture Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our growing teams across the APAC region. Reporting to the People & Culture Lead, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment, advise on employee relations matters, and drive employee lifecycle processes that enhance our culture and make Overdose. a great place to work.
From streamlining onboarding to delivering culture and engagement initiatives, this is a hands-on role that builds strong partnerships with managers and team members alike. You’ll bring energy, empathy and structure to every interaction, helping Overdose. scale with people at the heart of everything we do.
Responsibilities :
Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple regions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and alignment with business needs. Drive sourcing strategies and continuously improve ATS usage.
Support managers and employees with timely, practical HR guidance on workplace matters, performance management, conflict resolution and policy application - always upholding discretion and integrity.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes that ensure smooth transitions, support engagement, and drive continuous improvement using HR systems and feedback insights.
Build trusted partnerships with employees and leaders, ensuring HR practices are clearly communicated, consistently applied, and aligned with business goals.
Support and deliver initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement and recognition. Contribute to inclusive practices and foster a high-performing, values-driven culture.
Skills & Experience :
2–4 years’ experience in a People & Culture, Talent or HR generalist role.
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and working with ATS tools.
Solid knowledge of HR best practice and employment legislation.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship building.
Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities.
Experience in a digital, agency or fast-paced environment is highly regarded.
Collaborative team player with a growth mindset and passion for people.
