About the Role :
We’re out seeking for a results-driven SEO Specialist who’s passionate about driving organic growth and helping brands shine in search. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in building and executing SEO strategies that boost visibility, authority, and traffic for our clients. You’ll work on technical audits, keyword research, on-site and off-site optimisation, and content-led initiatives—all while staying on the pulse of SEO trends and algorithm changes.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll not only manage campaigns but also work closely with clients, providing them with performance insights and strategic recommendations that align with their business objectives. You’ll also collaborate with our SEO team to deliver impactful results, share knowledge, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and performance.
Responsibilities :
Plan, manage, and optimise SEO campaigns to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
Conduct technical SEO audits and keyword research to identify and resolve issues and growth opportunities.
Develop and implement content-led SEO strategies aligned with client goals and industry best practices.
Track and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Accuranker.
Communicate regularly with clients, delivering clear insights, reports, and strategic recommendations.
Stay up-to-date with SEO trends and algorithm changes, applying new techniques to campaigns.
Maintain accurate daily time tracking across all tasks to support project transparency and performance.
Skills & Experience :
Self-motivation: Capable of managing tasks independently, while knowing when to ask questions to gain clarity.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication to provide clear, professional updates and insights to both clients and internal teams.
Time Management: Efficient in balancing multiple clients and tasks, meeting deadlines under pressure.
SEO Expertise: In-depth knowledge of on-page SEO, link-building strategies, and off-site optimisation techniques.
Technical SEO Knowledge: Proficiency with tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Accuranker, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
Analytical Abilities: Proficient in analysing data through Google Analytics and Excel (pivot tables, formulas like VLOOKUP) to identify trends and opportunities.
AI adoption: utilising AI tools to enhance efficiency of work
Attention to Detail: Ensures all deliverables are thoroughly reviewed before being shared with clients to maintain a high-level of quality and accuracy.
