We're looking for a smart, passionate and motivated Commercial & Growth Specialist to join our fast-growing North America team. This position is considered a remote position, with the candidate needing to reside in the contiguous United States and be able to service clients across all North American time zones.

About the Role:
As Commercial & Growth Specialist, you will join the North American team responsible for growing Overdose.Digital’s presence within the North American market. This will include supporting the outbound commercial efforts of the agency as well as assisting in the growth of the agency’s awareness across the industry and alongside our key technology and platform partner network.
The perfect candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in a sales & marketing capacity, preferably with experience working within an agency structure or as part of technology-based business. The ideal candidate should bring a passion for networking and building connections and a proven track record of engaging in conversations and presentations with cold prospects. You will work closely with Overdose.Digital’s leadership and client services teams to produce and support new business opportunities in a complex and rapidly evolving industry.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Make outbound calls and emails to develop new business opportunities and relationships with target accounts.
Create and manage outreach campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and through in-person events.
Assist with and implement growth strategies to connect with potential clients.
Collaborate with our Commercial and Partnerships teams to align outreach efforts with overall business goals.
Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify outreach opportunities.
Track outreach performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of outreach efforts.
Act as a brand ambassador, representing Overdose.Digital at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative outreach techniques to continuously improve strategies.
Support additional initiatives and duties as assigned by the VP of Growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
Confidence in seeking new opportunities through outbound cold calling.
Strong written communication skills to support email and LinkedIn prospecting.
Understanding of the eCommerce/digital space ideally with eCommerce platform knowledge such as Shopify Plus, BigCommerce or Magento, and/or Digital Marketing knowledge covering SEM, SEO, Email, Display, Social etc.
Tenacity to manage multi-touchpoint outbound prospecting strategies, seeking to build relationships with potential clients and entice them to engage with our various agency teams.
CRM experience is preferred, preferably with exposure to tools such as ZoomInfo and Hubspot (or similar)
Strong time management skills and ability to effectively multitask
Self-motivation - you don’t need a lot of direction, and aren’t afraid to ask questions when you need a better understanding
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills to establish positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Digitally curious with experience working in a fast-paced or scaling environment.
Demonstrated experience in hitting outbound sales targets.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary is DOE. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this role ranges from 55k/year in our lowest geographic market up to 70k/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skill level and experience. We offer a comprehensive bonus and benefits package to our employees detailed below.
Eligibility for inclusion in our quarterly commercial team bonus pool equivalent to 25k annually.
Eligibility for 13th month employee bonus program equivalent to one month's salary.
Overdose pays 100% of each employee's healthcare/dental/vision premium,
15 days of PTO/year, 10+ days of holiday pay, 2 paid Wellness days/year, your birthday as a paid day off, along with a parental leave program.
