The opportunity :
Over the past two years our small people team has made a big impact. From recruiting and welcoming 100+ new faces, to implementing our first HRIS, ATS and Global Payments platform, to launching our leadership development academy, and rolling out our newly refined company vision and values. As we continue on this journey, we eagerly seek opportunities to continue to elevate and expand our people function.
The Talent & Culture Coordinator is a junior level position, responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the People & Culture team. This role will see you play an important part in assisting with end-end talent acquisition efforts, employee engagement initiatives, and administrative tasks, this position contributes to creating a positive workplace culture and ensuring the well-being of the organisation's employees.
Responsibilities :
Assist in creating job postings and listings for open positions.
Screen incoming resumes and applications, identifying potential candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate interview logistics.
Maintain and update our applicant tracking system Teamtailor).
Assist across the employee onboarding experience, preparing new hire paperwork and facilitating welcome sessions.
Regular updates across policies and other documentation such as employee handbooks.
Update the Overdose website accordingly with new employee photos and bios, departures or promotions.
Collaborate with the People Team to share best practices and contribute to people projects.
Support cross-functional initiatives related to talent acquisition and culture development.
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, seeking opportunities for professional growth and development.
Support across daily adhoc tasks relating to employee queries, requests and updates.
