About the Role:
We are seeking a programmatic superstar in the making to join our business and build out our capabilities and strategy for clients in this exciting space.
This position is a hands-on role, with a focus on executing our programmatic display and video activities and strategies for our eCommerce clients. You will be working predominantly across the Google Marketing Platform suite (DV360, Campaign Manager) but knowledge of other programmatic platforms would be advantageous.
You will need to have a broad appreciation of the digital landscape, and a keen interest in new technology and platforms entering the market that drive high engagement and conversion. An understanding of eCommerce based marketing would also be a plus.

This role would suit someone who has at least 1-2 years experience working within a programmatic role.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
This role requires specific Programmatic Advertising experience, running campaigns utilising Google Display & Video 360 and Campaign Manager. Experience across the eCommerce landscape and additional performance marketing channels is a bonus. The role will include:
- Platform set up - account creation and Floodlight Tag setup in Campaign Manager
- Execution – comprehensive knowledge of running successful Display and Video campaigns using DV360
- Optimisation - continued micro attention to optimise against various campaign KPIs
- Planning and reporting - analysis and reporting in Campaign Manager, with knowledge of Google Data Studio an added advantage
- Curiosity - appetite to test new targeting strategies and data sources
- Detail Oriented - focus on the details, and find those buried nuggets
- Teamwork - Build strong relationships with clients & internal teams at various levels
About You:
- Ideally 1-2 years of solid Programmatic Advertising experience, and the eagerness to champion this space at Overdose
- Current Google DV360 and Campaign Manager certifications
- Good knowledge of the programmatic media ecosystem and the appetite to train others in this field
- Experience and competency developing reports using multiple sources using Google Data Studio
- Planning - manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Research - understand the importance of research and data driven insights to build marketing plans.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients or stakeholders
- You can work well both independently and within a team environment
- You can interpret performance data to identify areas of opportunity to optimise and maximise KPIs and ROI
- You are capable of taking a brief and building new campaigns from strategy through to execution
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to confidently build relationships and present and report to clients
