About the Role :
Overdose is looking for a talented Social Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. If you love ecommerce and can comfortably achieve above a 5x ROAS with a significant marketing budget then we want to talk to you.
Our ideal candidate has the right balance of technical expertise and marketing flair. You know what makes people tick and how to use social ads to drive incredible growth with exciting campaigns and best-in-class digital strategy.
You have a high attention to detail and aren’t afraid of calling out sub-par creative when you see it (respectfully of course) You are comfortable with data and can explain the difference between Facebook & Google attribution models.
We are looking for someone who thrives when working as part of the team and is not afraid to bring some out-of-the-box ideas to the table, but also knows how to roll their sleeves up and get shit done.
A Day in the Life :
Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns within Facebook Ads Manager and additional platforms such as Pinterest, Linkedin and TikTok.
Ongoing management and optimisation of digital campaigns to achieve target goals.
Creation of high-level digital performance reports and commentary for clients.
Partaking in scheduled reporting and strategy meetings with clients, bringing new ideas and direction to social campaigns.
Assisting clients with their strategy, both on a tactical and strategic level.
Project Managing and orchestrating marketing activities to execute clients commerce strategies.
Track and monitor tasks within the tools utilised at OD, including slack and various project management platforms.
Adhere to monthly and quarterly reporting for clients. This can vary depending on clients and their arrangement.
Keep regular, positive, transparent and professional communication with your clients.
Establish strong relationships with multiple stakeholders within the client organisation.
Skills and Experience :
Strong background across Digital Marketing and Campaign Management (2 + years experience ideally).
Understanding at an experienced level of Facebook Advertising including the Facebook Pixel and Custom Audiences.
Understanding at a base level of Product Data Feeds, Google Suite and Email Marketing Tools.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Understanding at a base level of design programs and development languages.
Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.
Understanding at a base level of e-commerce platforms - i.e. Shopify, Magento, etc.
Solid understanding of best practice digital tools, including social media, plugins and applications that contribute to the ecommerce ecosystem.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, and adhere to time pressures and deadlines.
Attention to detail, both for work output to clients, but also during internal review process prior to work being released to clients.
